In this installment of our Agent Spotlight series at Gulf Coast REGroup we’re interviewing Kyle Horsch, who specializes in Charlotte County Real Estate. Let’s learn more about his buying/selling expertise, as well as get to know him a bit better outside of the real estate world.
What do you love about real estate, why’d you get into real estate in the first place?
The thing I love most about real estate is being able to use my skills and expertise to help clients find their dream home. The feeling of satisfaction after matching a client with the perfect property is incredibly rewarding. I also love the negotiation and problem solving aspect of real estate. Finding solutions to challenges and issues that arise is very exciting and satisfying. When I first got into real estate, I was drawn to the idea of being able to guide individuals and families through a significant decision of their lives. It allows me to combine my love for construction, problem solving, negotiations, and connecting with people, creating a career that is not only fulfilling but also constantly engaging. I am so happy that I made the decision to become a Realtor.
Is there a particular area in Southwest Florida you concentrate on (or love to work in)?
I concentrate on Charlotte and Sarasota counties, but I enjoy working anywhere in SWFL. I would have to say my favorite places to work are either Boca Grande or Manasota Key because of the beaches and restaurants! 🙂
What do you do for fun?
When I’m away from real estate, I love to go to the beach, local parks, and spend time with my fiancé. I also love to play golf, basketball, tennis, swim, and tear up the local skatepark! I’m always trying new things!
Favorite restaurant?
Savor 100×35 is my go-to! It is Caribbean style food that leaves me full and satisfied every time. It originally started as a food truck, but since it has become so popular they were able to open a restaurant off Price Blvd in North Port! I highly recommend it!
What are your keys to success?
My keys to success are very simple. Work hard and put effort into everything you do. Ask questions and learn from others. Everyone knows something you don’t!
How has our system worked for you?
The system has worked amazingly for me. I am generally a skeptical person, so when I was presented with this system it almost seemed too good to be true. If you follow and work the system, it will absolutely excel your real estate career. I couldn’t imagine where I would be without it!
Any tips for new agents?
Ask questions and follow seasoned realtors. As a new realtor, there is so much to know and learn. Seeing how some of the different experienced realtors work helps you in many ways and you’ll learn about problems you didn’t know existed. Real estate is ever changing so it’s important to stay informed and educated!
