What do you love about real estate, why’d you get into real estate in the first place?
I have a genuine passion for the consultative selling process in real estate. Unlike other industries where the goal is to push a product, real estate allows me to focus entirely on helping my clients find what truly suits their needs and desires. This approach aligns perfectly with my values, as I believe in guiding and educating my clients so they can make informed decisions tailored to their unique situations.
Is there a particular area in Southwest Florida you concentrate on (or love to work in)?
While I dedicate a significant portion of my time to Sarasota and Manatee counties, my true passion lies in working within the community I call home: Lakewood Ranch. Known as the #1 multigenerational community in the country, Lakewood Ranch offers an unparalleled lifestyle that is hard to match.

What do you do for fun?
My wife and I moved to Sarasota with our four daughters to embrace the outdoors and create lasting family memories. For fun, we love spending time at the beach as a family. We enjoy building elaborate sandcastles and hunting for hidden treasures along the shoreline. The beach offers us the perfect setting to unwind, explore, and bond, making every outing a cherished adventure.
Favorite restaurant?
With four kids, finding the right restaurant is key! Our younger ones can be a bit rowdy, so we tend to favor places with great outdoor areas that cater to families. My wife and I particularly enjoy Spanish and Mexican cuisine. Any restaurant that brings complimentary chips and salsa to the table is usually an instant favorite for us. The relaxed atmosphere and delicious food make for a perfect family dining experience.
What are your keys to success?
I believe the key to my success lies in detaching myself from the goal and focusing on the process. I fall in love with the daily tasks that make reaching my goals inevitable. As a husband, I serve my wife daily through acts of love that I know she appreciates. As a realtor, I provide all my clients with white-glove service, without expecting anything in return. These daily practices have led to a fulfilling marriage and a vibrant career in real estate. By consistently showing up and putting in the work, I’ve been able to achieve success in many areas of my life.
How has our system worked for you?
The internet lead-based model has been instrumental in transforming my real estate career into a sustainable business. Unlike the traditional approach of relying on friends, family, and casual conversations at the grocery store, which often yields unpredictable results, this system provides a consistent and scalable business plan. It offers a structured strategy that not only helps new agents break into the market but also allows for continuous growth and increased sales year over year. This model was particularly beneficial for me as someone with no prior real estate experience and new to the area. It gave me the tools and confidence to build a successful career from the ground up.
Any tips for new agents?
Joining a team, like the Gulf Coast R.E. Group, can be a game-changer for new agents. Real estate is a competitive industry, attracting many who aspire to build a lucrative career. However, getting started can be incredibly challenging, and finding guidance is often difficult. A team can fast-track your career, significantly reducing the time it takes to achieve a full-time income. Even if you lack confidence or skills but have a passion for serving and helping others, being part of a team provides the tools, systems, and training necessary for success. The support and collaboration within a team environment can make all the difference in transforming your real estate aspirations into reality.
